Residents in the Del Mar (San Diego) polity have found their trash cans toppled over and damaged week without week. As the repair and replacement financing started to add up, one of the homeowners took her DJI Spark drone and flew it virtually the neighborhood to find out who was trashing the trash cans in their Del Mar community.
